A Message from Our Trusted Partners in Uganda
A Glimpse Into the Process...
Our farmers begin harvesting by selecting ripe pods from cacao trees and then opening them up to reveal the raw cocoa beans and sweet pulp inside. The beans are fermented for several days to develop rich flavors before being dried. This meticulous process highlights the farmers' deep connection to their land and ensures the quality of the cocoa we supply.
